XLCM leveling and horizontal cutting machine has 2 designs that is specialized for the width of 1250mm and 1550mm rolling material. The main frame is designed with 50mm high strength plate frame structure, which make sure the high speed requirement for transferring material, leveling and cutting horizontally. All the rolls are driven by wheel and all the parts are designed base on the requirement under mass production with full load working.

The leveling roll is made of GCR15 casting material and coating with chrome with strong hardness and strength.
