The machine is driven by precise bronze gears and screw racks. Besides, it has heavy-load linear guideway of Taiwan’s HIWIN group. Its running speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion and its forward-cutting process is stable and efficient;
The bite of VKBS adopts mute ball-screw and linear guideway to ensure its high accuracy;
The plate in VKBS is fixed with hydraulic clamp system, which ensures its fast cutting speed. In hydraulic system, energy accumulator and relief valve are added and electric engine works at intervals, which ensures conservation and hydraulic system security;
VKBS series adopts four bites to cur V-shape groove, so its cutting amount is well-proportioned and can decrease the deformation of workpieces . Besides, it adopts minimum cooling system to prolong knifes’ lifespan and lower manufacturing expenses;
The plate in VKBS series can be cutted vertically and horizontally. In addition, it has a machining function which can process both the front and the back of a plate in the same process;
The machine can be used only through inputting A-CUT and machining procedures in keyboard. According to different operators and materials, processing speed can be adjusted with knobs for easy operation;
Working procedure can be known through displays. It adopts inductor to ensure the safety of operators;
When the device has something wrong, alarming information will appear on its display, which is helpful for maintenance and repair;
This machine can save human consumption, because it needs human force only when workpiece needs to be put in and took out;
The working table of VKBS series has the function of self-repairing, so customers can plane working table by themselves to ensure processing precision;
